Dvoika is a smaller version of the what we call Vosmerka needle. Only difference is that Vosmerka has eight spots of contact with skin, and Dvoika has two spots of contact. This makes it a perfect needle for more detailed tattooing.
 

Each spot of contact produces the result which is twice or even three times more saturated then with classic needles.
